From the Private Investments detail page.

Enter details

Company or fund name, investment amount, date, ownership percentage, and current estimated value.

Update valuations

Adjust value manually after 409A updates, financing rounds, or fund NAV statements.

Storing docs

Upload SAFEs, term sheets, capital call notices, and K-1s to the Vault and tag them with the investment name.
