# Vehicles

> Track cars, boats, and other vehicles with depreciating value.

The **Vehicles** section tracks vehicles you own along with their current market value.

## Adding a vehicle

    From Vehicles detail or Assets and Liabilities.

  <Step title="Enter details">
    Year, make, model, mileage, and purchase info. Silvia estimates market value.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Link a loan (optional)">
    If you have an auto loan connected via Plaid, link it to the vehicle for accurate equity.
  </Step>

## Value updates

Estimated values refresh periodically. You can also enter a manual value if you have a recent appraisal.
