## Security and privacy

    Yes. Silvia uses bank-level encryption in transit and at rest. Bank credentials are handled by Plaid and never touch our servers.

    No. Silvia has read-only access to your linked accounts.

    You — and Silvia's support team when you initiate a support request. Silvia does not sell your data, and internal staff access is strictly limited to those user-initiated support cases.

## Accounts and data

    There's no hard limit. Most users connect 5 to 20 institutions.

  <Accordion title="Does Silvia support international accounts?">
    Plaid covers US, Canada, UK, and parts of Europe. For unsupported regions, you can add accounts manually.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How far back does transaction history go?">
    Up to 24 months, depending on what your bank provides.

## AI and advice

    No. Silvia is an informational tool. Answers are not investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional for personal advice.

    Silvia uses a mix of frontier LLMs including Anthropic Claude. Model selection is optimized per task.

## Billing

    Go to **Profile → Billing** and click **Cancel plan**. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
