# Delete skill

## Delete

`beta.skills.delete(strskill_id, SkillDeleteParams**kwargs)  -> SkillDeleteResponse`

Delete Skill

### Parameters

* `skill_id: str`

  Unique identifier for the skill.

  The format and length of IDs may change over time.

* `betas: Optional[List[AnthropicBetaParam]]`

  Optional header to specify the beta version(s) you want to use.

  * `UnionMember0 = str`

    Unique identifier for the skill.

    The format and length of IDs may change over time.

    Deleted object type.

    For Skills, this is always `"skill_deleted"`.
